During the Contest Period, consumers can visit https://softsoapcontest.ca or scan a QR code in-store (where available) to access the Softsoap Escapes Hawaii Contest (“Contest”) website and complete the entry form. A purchase is required to enter by purchase method, subject to the No Purchase Necessary entry method set out below.

  1. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATORS: This Contest is sponsored by Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc. (the “Contest Sponsor”) and the Contest is being administered on behalf of the Contest Sponsor by Elite Digital Inc. (the “Administrator”).

  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of Canada who are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, who are not an employee, contractor, agent or representative of the Contest Sponsor, Administrator, or their respective affiliates, agencies, distribution companies, prize suppliers, or the Contest judge (collectively the “Contest Parties”), or a member of the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child) of, or domiciled with any of the foregoing persons.

    To be eligible, entrants must have online access with a valid email address as of the date of their entry. Each person can only submit the contest form once per calendar day through any entry method. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period between 12:00:00am ET and 11:59:59pm ET of the same day. For clarity, the Contest does not open for entry until 12:00:00pm ET on the first day of the Contest, and the first “day” for the purposes of the one (1) entry per day limit runs from 12:00:00pm ET to 11:59:59pm ET on that first day. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the email address by an online service provider, internet access provider or other organization responsible for assigning the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. An entrant may be required to provide the Contest Sponsor or the Administrator with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

    If you participate via a mobile device, you may incur standard data charges from your wireless service provider. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such data charges. If you do not have internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.

  3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00:00pm ET and ends on October 1, 2026 at 11:59:59pm ET (the “Contest Period”). No entries will be accepted after the end of the Contest Period.

  4. “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY”: To enter the Contest without purchase, entrant must first complete the No Purchase Entry form ("No Purchase Entry Form") found at https://softsoapcontest.ca/npn-entry to request a No-Purchase-Entry Personal Identification Number ("NPE PIN"). Once the No Purchase Entry Form has been submitted, an NPE PIN will be displayed on-screen and delivered by email, along with instructions for completing your entry. Entrant must then (i) submit their contact information, including: first and last name, email address; (ii) confirm they are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence; and (iii) reference their NPE PIN on a single piece of paper (handwritten, not photocopied or computer generated), and include that information in an envelope delivered to the address below (the “Contest Address”):

    SOFTSOAP ESCAPES HAWAII PROMOTION
    C/O Elite Digital
    5511 Steeles Ave. West
    Toronto, ON M9L 1S7

    To be valid, and in order to qualify for one (1) entry into the Contest, each No Purchase Entry (defined below) must contain a unique NPE PIN that has the same name and email address as written on the piece of paper and must be enclosed in a separate envelope, bearing sufficient postage, be post-marked during the Contest Period and be received at the Contest Address no later than October 8, 2026 (“No Purchase Entry”). Each NPE PIN can be used only once. You will qualify for one (1) entry per separate envelope containing an original NPE PIN submitted throughout the Contest Period. For clarity, participants may use either entry method on any given day, subject always to the one (1) entry per calendar day limit.

  5. HOW TO ENTER: Visit https://softsoapcontest.ca or scan an in-store QR code (where available) and complete the Contest entry form.

    Purchase entry method: To enter by purchase method, you must make a Qualifying Purchase during the Contest Period at Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Real Canadian Superstore, or Loblaws in Canada, in-store or online (each a “Participating Retailer”), and upload to the website a photo, screenshot or PDF of the complete receipt or online order confirmation (as applicable) clearly showing: the Participating Retailer name, the store location or online store, the transaction date and time (which must be during the Contest Period), and the purchase of at least two (2) Softsoap body wash products (a “Qualifying Purchase”).

    Each receipt or online order confirmation may only be used once, and all submissions are subject to validation and will not be honoured in case of fraud or irregularity in the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon submission of the fully completed Contest entry form (by either entry method), participants will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw.

    If the uploaded receipt or online order confirmation does not clearly show the purchase of at least two (2) Softsoap body wash products and the required transaction details, the Contest Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require additional proof of purchase and/or disqualify the entry if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.

    Regardless of the method of entry used (including the No Purchase Necessary entry method), each participant is limited to one (1) entry per calendar day.

    No other form of submitting an entry is valid other than as stated above.  Multiple entrants may not share the same email address.  Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses, nor may entrants use any other device to enter under multiple identities.  Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or accounts under multiple identities will be disqualified and forfeits any prize won, in the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  6. HOW TO WIN THE “GRAND PRIZE”: A random draw will be conducted on October 9, 2026 at 2:00 pm ET at 5511 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto, ON from among all eligible Qualifying Purchase entries and No Purchase Necessary entries received during the Contest Period (or received up to five (5) business days after the Contest Period in the case of No Purchase Necessary entries posted during the Contest Period) to select one (1) participant eligible to win a Grand Prize (a potential “Grand Prize winner”).  Odds of winning Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Awarding of the Grand Prize is subject to verification and compliance with these Rules. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules will be disqualified. The Contest Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the safety or performance of the Grand Prize. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for the Grand Prize once it has been sent and/or delivered. The replacement of the missing Grand Prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The Grand Prize, if unclaimed, will not be awarded. The Grand Prize may be forfeited if verification cannot be effected following reasonable efforts by the Contest Sponsor. The one (1) Grand Prize includes:

    • Flights | Round trip economy air transportation for the winner and Guest from the major international Canadian airport closest to the confirmed winner’s place of residence in Canada (the “Departure Point”) to an airport in Hawaii selected by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Arrival Point”) and back to the Departure Point. Depending on logistics and at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, the air transportation component may be fulfilled, in whole or in part, by issuance of a FlightGift gift card (or similar) up to the maximum value allocated for flights.
    • Accommodation | Hotel accommodation for five (5) nights for the winner and Guest, one (1) standard room, double occupancy, at a hotel selected by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion.
    • Spending Money | Spending money intended for transportation, food, and miscellaneous expenses, issued by Interac eTransfer (or similar) to the confirmed winner, in an amount determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion, up to the maximum total prize value set out below.

    The approximate aggregate retail value of the Grand Prize is CAD $10,000, based on a sample round trip itinerary from Toronto, Ontario. Actual value may vary depending on the Departure Point, travel dates, availability, and market conditions. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value will not be refunded.

    The specific island(s), travel dates, and hotel will be determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability.

    Any spending money will be issued in Canadian dollars. The confirmed winner is solely responsible for any reporting obligations or tax implications (if any) associated with receipt or use of the Grand Prize.

    The winner and Guest are each solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents and permissions (including government-issued photo identification and passports) and for ensuring they are able to travel. Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any travel insurance. Travel must be completed on or before August 31, 2027, failing which the Grand Prize may be forfeited in whole or in part, in the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion.

    The winner and Guest must travel on one itinerary. All travel arrangements relating to the Grand Prize must be made through the Contest Sponsor or its designated agents. If the winner and/or Guest does not use any part(s) of the Grand Prize, then any such part(s) not used will be forfeited in its/their entirety and nothing will be substituted in its/their place. Any unused portion(s) of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. If the winner and/or Guest does not have proper travel documentation, or any other applicable permissions or documents required to enter the destination, then the Grand Prize is forfeited and the Released Parties (defined below) shall have no further obligation or liability to the winner with respect to the forfeited portion of the Grand Prize.

    Winner and Guest must obey all airline and hotel rules and requirements, including the hotel requirement to present a major credit card. Failure to follow such airline and hotel rules and requirements may result in, without limitation, non-admission to hotel and forfeiture of all or part of the Grand Prize. Guest will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release.

    Winner is responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground/other transportation, and any other incidental costs or expenses not expressly identified in these Rules as being included in the Grand Prize. The Contest Parties shall not be responsible if travel is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason, including due to airline, hotel, weather, governmental, or public health related restrictions or requirements. If the winner and/or Guest is unable to travel due to circumstances beyond the Contest Parties’ reasonable control, then the Grand Prize may be forfeited in whole or in part and nothing will be substituted in its place, except as required by law and subject always to the Contest Sponsor’s discretion.

    The Contest Parties make no representation or warranty regarding the availability, scope, or adequacy of any insurance coverage, and the winner and Guest assume all risks associated with travel and participation in any travel-related activities.

  8. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: If you are selected as a potential winner, you will be sent an email to the email address associated with your entry informing you that you are a potential winner (the “Prize Claim Notification”).

    In order to claim the Prize, within three (3) business days from the Prize Claim Notification at the email provided, regardless of when it is received  or opened:

    • the potential winner must claim his/her Prize as instructed in the Prize Claim Notification;
    • the potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, which will be administered on a PDF Declaration of Compliance and Release;
    • the potential winner and their Guest must accept, sign, and return the terms of a Declaration of Compliance and Release, which confirms compliance with these Rules and releases the Contest Parties, and each of their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, professional advisors and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability with respect to the entrant’s participation in this Contest and the awarding, use and misuse of the Prize;
    • the potential winner must supply his/her complete mailing address and phone number; and
    • the potential winner may be asked to supply valid photo identification.

    Once these steps have been completed, the Contest Sponsor’s designated agent will confirm the potential winner as the verified Prize winner. Once verified, the Contest Sponsor’s designated agent will contact the confirmed winner to make arrangements for fulfillment of the Prize. The Contest Parties are not responsible for failed attempts to notify any potential winner or to fulfill the Prize and make the appropriate arrangements.

    If a potential winner of the Prize does not respond to the Prize Claim Notification within three (3) business days to complete the prize claim process as outlined above, is found to be ineligible for any reason, declines to accept the Prize, or incorrectly answers the required mathematical skill-testing question within the stated time limit, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize. The Contest Sponsor may then, at its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible entrant for the Prize who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.

    For clarity, the travel-related terms, conditions, limitations, and forfeiture provisions applicable to the Grand Prize are set out above in the “PRIZE” section and form part of these Rules.
